Welcome to the Delujo online store at www.delujohome.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Webstore").

Delujo (“Seller”, “us” or “we”) is the provider and seller of the products and services offered on this Webstore.

If you have questions regarding the Webstore, please contact our Customer Service team. If your inquiry relates to a specific purchase, please provide your order number so we can assist you quickly. We only handle inquiries concerning the Webstore and purchases made directly on delujo.com. If you have purchased our products from an authorized retailer or another distribution channel, please contact that specific seller directly.

1. General

These Terms of Sale apply to all purchases made on the Webstore.

By placing an order on the Webstore, you accept these Terms of Sale along with our Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, Terms of Use, and any additional terms—including promotional rules, specific product restrictions, or instructions provided to you during checkout.

If you do not accept these Terms of Sale, you may not order products from the Webstore. All notices, disclosures, agreements, and other communications relating to your use of the Webstore will be provided to you electronically. These Terms of Sale do not affect your statutory rights under applicable local laws.

2. Orders

You can place an order and buy products on the Webstore if you satisfy the following conditions:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.

  • You are the owner or authorized holder of a valid and accepted payment method.

  • You agree to provide your real full name, a correct and complete shipping address, phone number, email address, and accurate payment details.

Our checkout process allows you to review and correct any errors before final submission. Once submitted, you cannot make changes or cancellations to your order (such as adding/removing products) because order processing begins immediately to ensure fast delivery.

When you place an order, you will receive an order acknowledgment email. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Order acceptance and the completion of the purchase contract occur only when the products are dispatched from our warehouse and you receive a shipping confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders for any reason (such as product unavailability, inventory errors, or incorrect pricing listings) without liability. If we cannot accept your order, we will notify you via email and your payment will not be charged.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1. Prices and Charges

Except where indicated otherwise, the prices displayed represent the full retail price in effect at the time of your order. Prices do not include delivery and handling charges, which are calculated and clearly shown before you confirm your order.

Despite our best efforts, some products may occasionally be incorrectly priced. If an obvious and unmistakable pricing error occurs that could reasonably have been recognized by you as a mispricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order, refund any sums paid, and require the return of any goods already delivered.

We reserve the right to change prices and terms of payment at any time without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed with a shipping email.

3.2. Modes of Payment

We accept major debit/credit cards and standard secure payment gateways suggested during checkout.

When placing your order, you authorize the payment via your bank or payment service provider. A temporary funds provision (authorization hold) will be placed on your card upon ordering, and your account will be finally charged when your order is dispatched. For online banking or real-time mobile wallets, the charge occurs immediately. We reserve the right to cancel your order without prior notice if your chosen payment method cannot be successfully debited.

3.3. Promotional Codes

Promotional discount codes can only be used on this Webstore and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or special pricing unless explicitly stated. Promotional codes are valid until they are redeemed, expire, or are withdrawn. Codes issued to a specific individual are personal and non-transferable; shared codes without our prior approval are invalid.

4. Delivery

All delivery costs include postage and packaging. Your order will be shipped to the exact delivery or pickup location address provided during checkout. Address modifications cannot be made once the order has been submitted.

We cannot deliver to PO BOX addresses, unsecure public boxes, or military post offices. We reserve the right to deliver products in installments if specific items are temporarily delayed, at no additional shipping cost to you. We require a valid phone number during checkout so our shipping provider can coordinate delivery if necessary.

Title and ownership of the products pass to you at the time your payment method is charged. The risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery. We encourage you to examine the delivery package immediately upon arrival. If the products have been damaged in transit or the delivery is incomplete, please contact our Customer Service team right away.

Delivery Timeline: We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within thirty (30) days of placement, we will inform you and you will be entitled to a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Webstore Account

When you complete an order on our Webstore, an account is automatically generated for you, linked directly to the email address used at checkout. All subsequent orders placed with this email address will be centralizing and accessible in this account profile. You can access or request the deletion of your account at any time through our customer support.

6. Limitation of Liability

All product images, dimensions, weights, and sizing charts are approximate and provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive for absolute accuracy, minor variations may occur during production. Product colors displayed on your screen depend on device settings and may vary slightly from the physical item.

Except for legal responsibilities that cannot be excluded by law (such as gross negligence or personal injury), Delujo is not legally responsible for any indirect losses, unforeseen technical platform errors, business losses, or commercial damages resulting from the use of this Webstore.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing the registration of the Seller, without giving effect to any choice-of-law principles. Any unresolved disputes shall be handled by the competent local courts, though we encourage you to contact our support team directly first so we can resolve the matter amicably.

8. Severability & Policy Revisions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Sale at any time. The terms in effect at the exact moment you place your order will govern your purchase. If any individual provision within these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining sections of the policy will remain fully valid and binding.
