MyDelujo Program Terms and Conditions

Effective date: 6 July 2026

  1. MyDelujo members must be natural persons who are at least 18 years old. Membership is free of charge. Delujo Home Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 16866363; hereinafter referred to as “Delujo”) is entitled to reject membership applications for any reason not prohibited by applicable law. Members also agree to Delujo’s Terms of Use.
  2. A core part of our service is our commitment to deliver a personalized online service experience to you as a MyDelujo member, just as we always strive to offer a thoughtful and unique service to every customer. We can analyse your membership profile data (including e.g. your purchase data and interaction with our website and advertisements), connect the data with other customer data and provide targeted content with an aim to deliver best-in-class personal service to you as a member of the MyDelujo program and to improve and develop the program. This means that communications, recommendations and advertisements you may see are based on your preferences and interests. Members may object to the personalization by contacting customer service or according to other options given in the Privacy Notice. Personalization based on use of cookies is subject to cookie consent (further information can be found in the Cookie Notice). If all personalization is turned off, the services and benefits offered based on personalization will not be available.
  3. By joining the MyDelujo program, you agree that a webstore account is created for you. Your webstore account is linked to the email address you used when you joined MyDelujo.

  4. MyDelujo members’ personal data will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice. Within the United States, our State Privacy Notice will also govern the program.
  5. Members undertake to keep their username and one-time passcode confidential and are responsible for all actions taken using their username and one-time passcodes.
  6. In order for Delujo to serve members in the best possible way, members shall inform the program of any changes to their contact details. Members can update their contact information on their webstore account or by contacting customer service.
  7. MyDelujo membership is personal, and each member shall only have one registered membership. MyDelujo membership benefits are also personal and can only be used by the member. Only the member themselves can make purchases associated with their membership unless otherwise separately communicated. Members must sign into their webstore account before placing an order to receive the membership benefits at the checkout. If MyDelujo membership is not recognised at the time of purchase, member will not receive the membership benefits, and the purchase will not be added to the accumulated purchase total retroactively.

  9. Members may resign from the MyDelujo program by sending notice of termination by email to our customer service at info@delujohome.com or by post to Delujo Home Ltd, 15a Stilebrook Road, Olney, England, MK46 5EA, United Kingdom. The resignation shall be effective one (1) month from the receipt of the termination email or post. Upon termination, all member benefits, including all active offers, expire.
  10. Delujo is entitled to terminate membership if a member has not used their member benefits within the preceding 36 months or if the member has infringed these Terms and Conditions.
  11. Delujo shall have the right to terminate the MyDelujo program and alter or amend these Terms and Conditions without providing separate personal notice to members. If these Terms and Conditions are changed, updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on delujohome.com one (1) month before the changes take effect. If you continue your membership after the changes have entered into force you are considered to have approved the changed Terms and Conditions.
  12. Delujo strives to ensure that information offered through the service is correct, reliable and up to date, however the service is provided on an “as-is” basis. Delujo shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, such as delay, loss of revenue, goodwill, right of use or information, or for other financial loss, resulting from the use of the service and information contained therein, or by the discontinuation of the service.
  13. Unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales exclusive of its choice-of-law rules and principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the dispute will be resolved by the applicable courts in England and Wales, unless otherwise stated by applicable mandatory law of the member’s place of residence.

    We will try to resolve any disputes with you directly. If you and we cannot resolve a dispute using our internal complaint handling procedure, you may have other options. Please check with Citizens Advice, your local Consumer Protection Authority or alternative dispute resolution bodies, as applicable.

    As a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.
  14. The owner and controller of the MyDelujo program is Delujo Home Ltd (registered in England and Wales, company number 16866363), 15a Stilebrook Road, Olney, England, MK46 5EA, United Kingdom. The program has been established in accordance with, and is subject to, the laws of England and Wales.
