1. How It Works

Automatic 1-Year Coverage: The 1-Year Breakage Warranty applies automatically to eligible dinnerware, serveware, and fragile homeware collections purchased directly from delujohome.com. No complicated registration forms are required.

Eligible Replacements: If an eligible piece chips or breaks under standard domestic use within 12 months of delivery, you are entitled to a free, identical replacement (or an equivalent piece of matching value if discontinued) to keep your set complete.
2. How to Submit a Claim

Provide your original order number, delivery postcode, and a brief description of what happened.

Attach clear photographs showing the damage and the base/mark of the broken item.

Once verified by our support team, we will dispatch your replacement piece directly to your UK address free of charge.
3. Exclusions & Fair Use

Coverage applies strictly to domestic household use. Commercial, catering, or restaurant use is excluded.

Does not cover intentional damage, severe neglect, or cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect functional use.

This commercial warranty operates in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
