Return & Refund Policy

At Delujo Home Ltd, we want our customers to shop with confidence. We offer a 30-day returns policy in addition to your statutory consumer rights under applicable UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. 30-Day Returns

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

For change-of-mind returns, items should be unused, undamaged, and returned with their original accessories and packaging where reasonably possible.

This voluntary policy does not limit your statutory cancellation rights or rights relating to faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.

2. Return Eligibility

For voluntary returns beyond the statutory cancellation period:

  • Items should be in a resaleable condition.

  • Rugs and textiles should be clean, unwashed, and free from stains, odours, or damage.

  • Original packaging should be included where reasonably possible.

  • All relevant accessories should be returned.

Statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights remain unaffected. Where permitted by law, a deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Delujo Home Ltd will cover reasonable return costs or arrange a collection where required for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs where permitted by law and where those costs have been disclosed before purchase.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees (£0.00).

Original Delivery Charges

For qualifying statutory cancellations, we refund the basic standard delivery charge paid, where applicable. Additional charges for premium delivery services are not necessarily refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@delujohome.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where available.

We recommend notifying us within 48 hours to help us investigate delivery damage promptly. However, this is not a mandatory deadline and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we will provide an appropriate refund, replacement, repair, or other remedy.

For safety, do not post broken glass or sharp ceramic fragments without receiving instructions from our support team.

5. How to Request a Return

  2. Provide your order number and identify the item you wish to return.

  3. Our team aims to respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

  4. Where a return is required, securely package and send the item to the confirmed return address.

Customers exercising a statutory right to cancel do not need prior authorisation for the cancellation to be valid, provided they notify us within the applicable period.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

For qualifying statutory cancellations, refunds will be made without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, generally no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

For other approved refunds, we aim to process them within 5–7 business days after confirming eligibility.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

7. Statutory Rights

UK consumers generally have the right to cancel qualifying online purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable exceptions.

Customers must normally return cancelled goods within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.

Our additional 30-day return policy does not replace or restrict these statutory rights.

Your rights concerning faulty, damaged, or misdescribed products under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.
