Refund policy
At Delujo, we’re committed to providing a smooth and secure shopping experience. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in accordance with the following return policy:
✅ Return Eligibility
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your parcel.
Only products that meet all of the following criteria will be accepted for return and refund:
- The product is unused
- The product is in original condition
- All original labels, tags, and packaging are intact
- The product is not damaged in any way
⚠ Used, damaged, or incomplete returns will not be eligible for refund.
🛑 Received a Damaged or Used Item?
If your item arrives damaged or appears to have been previously used, and you ordered a brand-new product, you must report this within 24 hours of delivery.
Please report the issue by submitting your claim via our Returns Portal (link below). Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.
🔁 How to Return an Item
All return requests must be registered through our official Returns Form.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions and a label (if applicable). Please make sure to check your junk/spam folder for confirmation emails.
📦 Packaging Requirements
Please ensure that your item is packaged securely to avoid any damage in transit. We are not responsible for returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging.
💷 Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed within 14 business days. Please allow time for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
