MyDelujo Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility & Overview

MyDelujo members must be natural persons who are at least 18 years old. Membership is entirely free of charge. Delujo Home Ltd (registered in England and Wales, Company Number: 16866363; hereinafter referred to as "Delujo Home") reserves the right to decline membership applications where permitted by applicable law. All members agree to comply with Delujo Home’s standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Personalised Experience & Data Use

A core part of our service is delivering a tailored online shopping experience to MyDelujo members. We may evaluate your membership profile information (including order history and website interactions), combine this with your declared preferences, and provide relevant content and product recommendations. Any data processing based on cookies and tracking pixels remains strictly subject to your consent choices as outlined in our Cookie Policy.

3. Account Access & Security

By joining the MyDelujo loyalty program, a customer webstore account is automatically created and linked to the email address provided at registration.

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and one-time authentication codes, as well as all activity conducted under their account. Members must keep their contact details up to date via their online customer account portal or by notifying our support team.

4. Membership Rules & Benefits

• Non-Transferable: MyDelujo membership is strictly individual. Each member may maintain only one active account.

• Domestic Household Use Only: Membership benefits apply exclusively to personal, domestic purchases and cannot be transferred, assigned, or used for commercial resale purposes.

• Applying Benefits: Members must sign into their registered webstore account prior to completing checkout to receive applicable perks or exclusive pricing. Benefits cannot be applied retroactively to historical orders placed as a guest.

• Benefit Availability: Current member perks, discounts, and promotional reward terms are published directly on delujohome.com.

5. Cancellation & Account Closure

• Voluntary Resignation: Members may cancel their membership or request complete account erasure at any time by emailing info@delujohome.com or writing to our registered office.

• Processing Timelines: Account termination requests are processed promptly in accordance with UK GDPR. Upon closure, accrued loyalty perks and exclusive member pricing expire immediately.

• Inactivity & Misuse: Delujo Home Ltd reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that remain inactive for more than 36 consecutive months, or accounts operated in breach of these terms.

6. Program Modifications

Delujo Home Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or modify program benefits to reflect business or regulatory changes. Updated terms will be posted directly on delujohome.com. Continued use of membership services after revisions are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

7. Limitation of Liability & Statutory Rights

While Delujo Home Ltd works to maintain continuous service and accurate information, the program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Delujo Home Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from technical downtime or modifications to program perks.

Nothing in these terms limits, excludes, or affects your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support channels will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
