Order Process & Acceptance:

A legally binding contract of sale is formed only when your order has been dispatched from our facility and you receive a formal dispatch confirmation email containing carrier tracking information. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders prior to dispatch due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or failure to pass automated anti-fraud checks. If an order is declined, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Prices, VAT & Payment Terms

4. Delivery & Risk

• Coverage: We deliver exclusively to residential and commercial addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not ship internationally or to unmonitored PO boxes.

• Fulfillment: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days and shipped via tracked couriers (Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri) with an estimated transit time of 2 to 4 business days.

• Risk & Title: Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon physical delivery of the parcel to your designated address.

• Delivery Window: If we are unable to deliver your order within thirty (30) calendar days from the order date, we will inform you and you will be entitled to cancel the order for a full refund.

When you place an order, a customer account profile may be created and linked to the email address provided at checkout, allowing you to track shipment status and view purchase history. You may access, manage, or request the deletion of your account at any time by contacting our support team.
