At Delujo Home Ltd, we want you to enjoy your homeware with complete confidence. Our breakage warranty gives you peace of mind in case any eligible product you purchase breaks or chips under normal household use within the warranty period.

1. What Is the Breakage Warranty?

Delujo Home Ltd’s breakage warranty is a limited commercial guarantee that provides a replacement product at no additional cost if an eligible item chips or breaks under normal use within 12 months of delivery.

This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from delujohome.com.

2. Who Is Eligible?

  • The item must have been purchased directly from delujohome.com.

  • The warranty applies exclusively to personal and domestic household use (commercial, catering, or office use is excluded).

  • You must provide a valid Delujo Home Ltd order confirmation number or proof of purchase.

3. Warranty Period

The breakage warranty is valid for 12 months starting from the confirmed date of delivery.

4. What Is Covered?

  • Breakage, cracking, or chipping that occurs during ordinary, normal household use.

  • Once your claim is approved, Delujo Home Ltd will dispatch a direct replacement of the item (or an equivalent model of equal value if the original item has been discontinued) free of charge.

5. What Is Not Covered?

  • Accidental drops onto hard floors, severe impact damage, or external physical trauma.

  • Damage resulting from intentional misuse, neglect, improper care/cleaning, or commercial/restaurant use.

  • Clearance, final sale, or promotional sample items clearly marked as non-warranted at the time of purchase.

6. How to File a Warranty Claim

You do not need to fill out complex registration paperwork. Simply follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@delujohome.com with the subject line: "Warranty Claim - [Your Order Number]".

  2. Include your full name, order number, a brief explanation of how the damage occurred, and clear photographs showing the breakage or chip along with the maker's base mark if visible.

  4. Our team will review your photos within 2 to 3 business days and arrange your replacement without requiring you to ship back sharp or broken shards.

7. Statutory Consumer Rights

This commercial warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. It does not limit, replace, or exclude your legal rights regarding faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods.
